The Shipping Policy explains order processing, delivery estimates, split shipments, address accuracy, delivery issues, and shipment-timing notices. The Refund & Return Policy may also apply if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or is returned.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery unless a listing or applicable law provides a longer period. Contact PRO-FOR U before sending an item back. Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Eligible customers may receive promotional store credit equal to 2% of the eligible net purchase amount after the order is completed and the standard 30-day return period has passed without a return, refund, cancellation, chargeback, or unresolved dispute.

Use the Privacy Choices link where available or email service@pro-foru.com with the subject line Privacy Request. PRO-FOR U may need to verify identity, residence, account ownership, or authorized-agent authority before completing a request.

The Terms of Service explains informal dispute resolution, binding arbitration, class-action waiver, governing law, venue, and opt-out procedures. An arbitration opt-out must be emailed within 30 days after first affirmative acceptance.

PRO-FOR U may update policies prospectively where permitted, and material changes are communicated when required. Updates do not remove non-waivable rights or legally required notices, cancellations, refunds, or remedies.
