Responsible Purchasing Reward

To encourage thoughtful purchasing and reduce unnecessary returns:

If an order is delivered and no return request is initiated during the 30-day return window, the order will be considered a completed purchase.

After the return period has passed, and the order is confirmed as kept, customers will receive reward points equal to 2% of the order value.

This reward is designed to support responsible purchasing behavior and promote a more efficient and sustainable supply chain.

Reward points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be adjusted or removed if an order is later subject to return, refund, dispute, or exceptional after-sales resolution.
