5. Cookies, Pixels, Advertising, and Social Media
We and authorized providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, APIs, server-side events, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies. These may support essential functions, security, analytics, personalization, social-media features, advertising, attribution, conversion measurement, audience creation, and retargeting across services such as Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and other channels used from time to time.
Depending on the technology and law, disclosure of identifiers and activity to advertising partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising even when no money is exchanged. Where required, we provide a Privacy Choices link, consent controls, and recognition of opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Choices may need to be applied separately on different browsers or devices.
6. Search Engines, AI Systems, and Public Content
Public pages may be indexed, summarized, cached, or displayed by search engines, social platforms, accessibility services, and artificial-intelligence systems. We may use structured data, feeds, sitemaps, metadata, and machine-readable files to help these systems identify our company, products, brands, policies, and public content accurately.
We do not intentionally make account, checkout, payment, support, or customer information public for search-engine or AI indexing. Do not place personal or confidential information in public reviews or public submissions. We may use AI-supported tools for customer service, content assistance, fraud detection, analytics, translation, search, and operational support, subject to contractual, security, confidentiality, and legal controls. We do not authorize a service provider to use customer personal information for its independent model training unless separately disclosed and lawfully permitted.
7. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information to service providers and contractors; payment and fraud providers; Shopify and technology providers; carriers and fulfillment partners; responsible brands, manufacturers, importers, distributors, insurers, warranty administrators, and recall partners; analytics, advertising, and social-media partners; professional advisers; regulators and law enforcement; parties to corporate transactions; and others at your direction or with consent. Each recipient receives only information reasonably related to its role, subject to applicable law and contract.
8. Retention
We retain information for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including transaction records, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, safety, recalls, warranties, disputes, legal compliance, and business continuity. Retention periods vary by record type and may be shortened or extended where required or permitted by law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. Report suspected security issues promptly and do not send sensitive credentials by ordinary email.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, limit certain uses of sensitive information, opt out of sale or sharing, opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling, withdraw consent, and appeal a denial. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
Submit a request through the Privacy Choices link in the website footer or email service@pro-foru.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify identity, residence, account ownership, or an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where permitted, we may deny or limit a request and explain the basis.
11. California Notice at Collection
The categories collected are described in Section 2; sources in Section 3; business and commercial purposes in Sections 4 and 5; and recipients in Section 7. We may collect and disclose identifiers, commercial information, internet or electronic activity, approximate geolocation, audio or visual information, professional information, and inferences. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 without the affirmative authorization required by California law. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit unless disclosed through the Privacy Choices process.

Text-message marketing, if offered, will be governed by separate disclosures and any consent required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state law. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase unless expressly and lawfully stated.
14. Third-Party Sites and Platforms
Links, embedded tools, social-media features, and third-party checkout or payment services may collect information independently. Their practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for their independent privacy or security practices, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
15. International Visitors
The website is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate. Where required, appropriate transfer mechanisms or disclosures will be used.
